William H. Harsha Lake: WTT Feasibility Study

Clermont County | East Fork Little Miami River Watershed | Inland Southwestern Ohio

William H. Harsha Lake, located in Clermont County in southwestern Ohio, had Ohio’s worst harmful algal bloom of 2021. To improve the water quality at Harsha Lake, this project will provide a feasibility study to determine the cost effectiveness and viability of converting fields in East Fork Wildlife Area into a flow-through wetland. This study will help determine further action needed to prevent harmful algal blooms in Harsha Lake from occurring in the future.
