Ottawa County
This project is roughly 2.5 miles from turtle creek which flows into Lake Erie. The goal for this project is to enhance 17 acres of wetlands and add connections between existing wetlands and dikes. Kontz Wetland Enhancement also is to create 1,730 feet of backwater habitat and diversity of wetland types and habitats for fish.
