This project will maximize the filtering opportunity for acid mine drainage into the Huff Run tributary. Right now, acid mine drainage enters Huff Run at several points. The project will streamline entrance points, maximizing the time the water spends in the wetland/stream channel to filter out any harmful pollutants.
