Elizabeth St Stormwater Control

This project will construct a wetland basin on the south side of the Village of Spencerville to capture and treat drainage from an agricultural landscape. The 4-acre wetland will reduce nutrient and sediment loading in the watershed and alleviate flooding that regularly occurs in the village.
